Orders are shipped FOB Tom Kuhn Custom Yo-Yo warehouse/factory.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICY
All products of Tom Kuhn Custom Yo-Yos are 100% guaranteed if not misused.
Tom Kuhn Custom Yo-Yos assumes no responsibility for items damaged by customer abuse or error.
Products must be returned within 30 days from the date the product was received by the customer to qualify for our 30-day guarantee.
Tom Kuhn Custom Yo-Yos/MoonDance, LLC does not issue refunds. We will repair or replace them, unless damaged by misuse or abuse.
All requests to return factory defective merchandise must be obtained from Headquarters before any goods are returned. Call (207) 361-4552 and a Customer Service Representative will give you a RMA number or email to:info@tomkuhn.com. This authorization number is only valid one time and for 30 days.
All returned items must be in their original condition including: packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories.
A merchandise reprocessing charge will be applicable and credit will not be issued for any returned merchandise, which after our inspection is found to be:
- Unauthorized for return
- Incomplete item return
- Not factory defective
- Abused (not factory defective)
- Improperly packed and impossible to check for factory defect
